I am owner of a garage of a building in Valencia where the community demands me to contribute to the costs of maintenance of the building, have I obligation to contribute to these expenses?Fernando C.

You will need to comply with the provisions of the articles of constitution title or statutes of the community in terms of expected for the contribution to the maintenance of the pool, as it is possible that such expenditure is expressly excluded from payment who is in your case, only owner of a parking place, storage or local, or if you get so unanimously by the community. Otherwise, you will not be exonerated in the payment of the same, each owner will have to contribute to payment in accordance with its share of participation established in the articles of title or statutes.
