At the last AGM of owners were adopted a number of agreements that are detrimental to me and I wish to appeal, however by being sick I could not attend it, and now I don’t know if I would be entitled to their challenge because of my absence, what can I do?

According to what you say, you are entitled to challenge that agreement, being the only legal requirement that you are aware of the payment of the totality of overdue debts to the community, or otherwise proceed previously to the Court scheduling them. You must take into account that challenge action expires three months after adopting the agreement, except in the case of acts contrary to the law or statutes in which case will expire a year. This period shall begin from the day they are notified the agreement. For the owners who di not attend, the timeline start from when the minutes are notified, in acordance with art. 9
