The President of my community was authorized in the last General Meeting to demand me for non payments. However, the minutes I received got only the signature of the Administrator and stamp o fthe Community, but not the President´s signature. Is it valid?
Administrator: Juan López
The signature of the Secretary Administrator is enough and probably the original minutes got the President´s signature as art. 19.3 of the LPH. says. You can request to see the original minutes at any moment, but the fcat of not having some of the signatures is not reason to be exonerated of the ibligation of paying the debt.
