Hello. In the last Annual General Meeting, my community agreed to include an extra levy for the painting of the building. However, that decission was made out of the agenda since it was not included on it to be agreed when we received the call. Is that right?

Art 16.2 of the Horizontal Propiertors Laws says that the issues to be discussed in a meeting shall be included in the agenda. Then, that agreement could be nulled but till then it is valid. To cancell the agreement, it has to be taken to the courts within the legal timeline which is one year. But, if it is not appealed, the agreement is valid after the second year even if it was not included in the agenda
