In my community we got central heating as part of the common services. My property is a penthouse and the service is not working there. I have reported in many ocassions but still nothing. Therefore, I want to have my own heating fitted. Am I obliged to pay the community heating if I am not using it?

You must pay the general heating in accordance to your coefficient. By having your individual heating in your porperty, you won´t be exonerated of the obligation. I recommend you then, to insist by discussing your issue with the President and the community since ther eis a problema in the general heating that needs to be sorted. If you are not atended, take the issue to the courts because it is the community the responsible of getting the heating working in your property.
