Good afternoon. I pay the community fees by direct debit. However, due to financial problems in the last three months, I own those bills. I intend to update me but the community claim me to pay the cost o fthe devolutions. Is that correct?

Good afternoon. When the bank reject the payment. Of a direct debit, even when it is not the owners fault, the devolution cause a cost to the creditor. The responsible of afford that cost is the client. Therefor, you shall pay the extra cost aswell.
