Good morning. I found graffittis painting on the facacde in the groundfloor of the building. I went to the administrator to report it and asked to deal with that through the insurance. The administrator told me that the policy of the community does not cover this kind of acts. On the other hand, he also siad that it is not responsability of the community. I believe that the facade should be cleaned/painted by the community. If so, how can I claim to have it done?
Administrator: Juan López
Good morning to you. The facade of the building is responsability of the community. However, this issue is an aesthetic problema, not a inhability issue. Therefore, if the mayority of owners decaide not to clean it or Paint it, you cannot do anything to enforce that. An option, is to afford the cost by the owners who want to, if the rest of owners do not vote against that decission. What is not probable.
