I got a business in the groundfloor of a block of apartments. I donot use the front door of the building since I got my own Access. The community is painting the block and want me to pay a proportional cost of the Works. Are they right?

The maintenance Works are common and not individuals ( art. 9.1.e) PHL, so you must also contribute to that cost according to your coefficient.
