Good afternoon. I have problems with the community where I have a local since I am paying a high fee for Community expenditure. I have asked many times to see the insurance of the community, the annual accounts, the statutes of the community, the lift contract, etc. to verify the reason for these high costs and they have never provided me any kind of documentation. I’d like to know if I can do something about it.

Given the situation in which it is located (requested documentation and they do not provide it), consider that the best you can access this documentation is requesting it in writing, send a Burofax both to the administrator and to the President of the community. The documentation of the community should be accessible to any owner who requests it. If the situations persists, please contact an attorney to initiate legal action.
