Good afternoon. I am owner of a property and its corresponding garage. This parking place is adjacent to two-seater garage on the right side and another on the left side, respectively, which are completely closed. This makes to delimit my lateral space to access my vehicle, so I am wondering if taking advantage of the situation, can I also close my place because I understand that is not possible.

Good afternoon. We must tell you that it is not permitted to close the plaza de garage and make it or close it completely, because the constitutive title of the community surely specifies that the destination of that area is for parking spaces, so it can’t alter its function to a storage destination as it is the attic storage. To this we add that closing a parking place may be difficult maneuverability in the adjacent parking lots (although this is not the case since the adjoining found closed, in this case you could claim the deletion of that situation because of the difficulty that is causing to you). Therefore, this alteration can both be report to the City Council as sue the Court.
