I live in a block with six floors of apartments where the façade has a number of important damps that are causing damage to the building for a long. However the facade on the right side of the building is larger than the left side and the cost will be higher to fix this side. It has recently been approved to proceed to repair these damp, and I do not have much money, so I would like to know if it is possible that the houses on the right side have to pay higher than the ones on the left side. Thank you.

You should know that this possibility does not exist. The cost of repair of the facade of the building (common and therefore this element expenditure has the same character) must be partitioned among the co-owners according to the percentage of participation that has each of them set in the articles title, and to establish it as well specifically article 9.1 e) of the Horizontal property law.
