Good afternoon. My community has demanded me because I refused to pay an extra bill agreed by the community because in my opinion it is a useless expenditure. I went to the president and administrator to explain that I cannot afford that extra payment. Can they oblige me to pay?
Administrator: Juan López
Firstly, notice that you cannot ignore an agreement made by the community. You should have voted in the meeting or impugned the agreement if you consider it wrong. So, you are obliged to attend this extra bill in the proportion that corresponds. I recommend you to pay or to negotiate with the community a plan of payment. If you do not sort this out, the amount will increase due to the interests and penalties.
