In my community there are several neighbors who for months have stopped the payments. Before this lack of contribution, we have raised to settle that while they do not pay the debt they have no access to the swimming pool, but I do not know if this is a legal measure. Can we adopt such a measure?

The truth is that the General Directorate of registers and notaries has considered that this type of measurement is valid, as they are special common elements that are not necessary for habitability, security, or accessibility of the building, but his character exceeds what could be considered necessary elements for housing. Now, this provided the deprivation of use either with any character, while these neighbors not matching the day payment of the common expenses.
