Vivo en un edificio de seis plantas en donde desde hace tiempo la fachada tiene una serie de humedades importantes que están causando daños al edificio. Sin embargo la fachada del lado derecho del edificio es mayor a la del lado izquierdo y el coste será mayor para arreglar este lado. Ahora se ha aprobado proceder a reparar dichas humedades, y no dispongo de mucho dinero, por lo que me gustaría saber si es posible que las viviendas del lado derecho tienen que pagar en mayor proporción que las del lado izquierdo. Debe saber que dicha posibilidad no existe. El gasto de la reparación de la fachada del edificio (elemento común y por tanto dicho gasto tiene el mismo carácter) debe ser repartido entre los copropietarios según el porcentaje de participación que tenga cada uno de ellos fijado en el Título Constitutivo, y ello por establecerlo así expresamente el art. 9.1 e) de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal.

You should know that this possibility does not exist. The cost of repair of the facade of the building (common and therefore this element expenditure has the same character) must be partitioned among the co-owners according to the percentage of participation that has each of them set in the articles title, and to establish it as well specifically article 9.1 e) of the Horizontal property law.
