Según el artículo 9 de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, todos los propietarios están obligados a consentir en su vivienda o local las reparaciones que exija el servicio del inmueble y permitir en él las servidumbres imprescindibles requeridas para la creación de servicios comunes de interés general, siempre que se lleven a cabo conforme a lo establecido en la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, en cuanto a la adopción de acuerdos. Por ello, si la Comunidad ha adoptado este acuerdo de forma legal y con las mayorías exigidas, lo único que usted podrá exigir a la Comunidad es que se le abone una cuantía suficiente por los daños y perjuicios que a usted le supone esta obra, a lo que la Comunidad deberá acceder.
