Al ser un elemento común, forma parte de lo que la LPH denomina “casa”. Es obligación del administrador cuidar y mantener en buenas condiciones la misma. Si existe un consenso entre los vecinos de no querer tener pararrayos, pueden suprimirlo por acuerdo legal. No obstante, y no conociendo qué instalaciones tienen, antes de tomar tal decisión deberían solicitar un informe técnico. Su administrador debe conocer la opinión que tienen ustedes y por lo tanto habrá iniciado las gestiones oportunas para poder informarles y llevarles por el camino correcto.

As a common element, it is part of what the LPH calls “House”. One of the tasks of the administrator is take care of and keep the same in good condition. If there is a consensus among residents for not wanting lightning rod, you can suppress it by legal agreement.
