Buenas tardes. Hace un año me mudé a un piso alquilado que se encuentra en un bloque cuyo ascensor emite un fuerte ruido cada vez que se le llama, lo cual me ocasiona un grave perjuicio porque, tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio dan justo a las escaleras comunitarias. Todo ello lo comenté con la propietaria y no me hizo caso alguno. ¿Qué puedo hacer al respecto?

En principio la propietaria debería haber informado al administrador o al presidente de la situación que se está viviendo en el piso para intentar solucionarla.
No obstante, ya que ella no ha hecho nada al respecto, le aconsejo tome su propia iniciativa, para lo cual necesita saber si el ruido que emite el ascensor supera los decibelios de ruido y vibración permitidos por la legislación vigente. A tales efectos, ha de dirigir una solicitud al Ayuntamiento para que envíe un técnico a su casa y evalúe el nivel de decibelios. Si supera el máximo permitido, el mismo Ayuntamiento enviará una orden a la Comunidad para que resuelva la situación. En caso contrario tendrá que convivir con el ruido, existiendo la posibilidad (pues así ocurre en determinadas Provincias) que usted tenga que correr con los gastos ocasionados por el técnico del Ayuntamiento.
