Para calcular la cuota de participación de cada piso y/o local, se tomará como base la superficie útil de cada piso o local, determinada por el propietario único del edificio al iniciar su venta por pisos (promotor), quedando reflejada en el Título Constitutivo o escritura de división horizontal y es el módulo que va a servir para determinar la participación de las cargas y beneficios obtenidas por la Comunidad.

To calculate the share of participation of each floor or local, is taken as the basis of each floor or local surface determined by the unique building owner to start its sale by floors (promoter), being reflected in the articles of title or deed of horizontal division and is the reference to determine the participation of charges and benefits obtained by the community.
