En mi Comunidad se están aplicando unos coeficientes de participación que no se corresponden con la realidad de lo establecido en el Título ni con lo inscrito en el Registro de la Propiedad, lo que hace que unos propietarios tengamos que soportar unas cuotas superiores a las reales mientras que otros estén pagando unas cuantías menores a las que realmente tienen asignadas, ¿Cómo podemos ahora solucionar esta descompensación?

En este caso, lo que prima y debe ser aplicado es lo que expresamente viene señalado en el Título constitutivo, estatutos y lo inscrito en el Registro en cuanto a reparto de coeficientes entre todos los copropietarios, por tanto, si por error se viene aplicando de manera distinta a lo establecido, debe ponerlo en conocimiento del Presidente (le recomiendo que por medio de burofax) lo antes posible para que teniéndolo en cuenta, se proceda a ajustar las correspondientes cuotas, apercibiéndole que de no hacerlo, ejercitará las acciones legales correspondientes en reclamación de la restitución de su cuota, así como daños y perjuicios causado por la ineficiente aplicación y mala gestión.

In this case, what must be applied is what expressly is designated in the constitution title, statutes and registered in the registry in terms of distribution of coefficients between all co-owners, therefore if due to a mistake, it is applied differently to what is established, you must address it to the President (I recommend to do it through burofax) as soon as possible so the president proceeds to adjust the corresponding quotas, warning that not to do so you will take legal actions in claim for the restitution of their quota, as well as damages caused by poor management and inefficient application.
