Soy presidenta de una comunidad de vecinos en el que hay un propietario de un bajo comercial que no se incluye en comunidad de la escalera porque entra desde la calle. En el edificio hay muchos vecinos que dicen que este local no tiene derecho a tener sus contadores en el portal de forma individual y separado del resto y me gustaría saber si esto es así.

Sería necesario consultar la escritura de división horizontal o título constitutivo de la comunidad para ver que dice al respecto, pero lo más común, (salvo prohibición expresa) es que los contadores de luz y agua deban estar todos ubicados en el mismo sitio y se suele hacer en la construcción del edificio por tanto este propietario no debería llevarlos a otro lugar, a menos que en el título constitutivo también se refleje, por lo que puede que ese cambio efectivamente no esté justificado y sea en contra de lo establecido.
