Buenas tardes. En mi comunidad tenemos un problema que está creando mucha polémica. Resulta que desde hace tiempo el horario de calefacción responde a las indicaciones del presidente, que es una persona mayor, y que pone la calefacción a horas que para el resto no son necesarias y que en cambio, cuando hace frío, como él esta fuera del edificio no se pone. Ello a pesar de haber hablado con el portero, pues éste siempre se remite al horario que le ha fijado el presidente. ¿Qué podemos hacer?

Es claro que este es un tema del que nunca se va a obtener una solución satisfactoria para todos los vecinos, pues en una Comunidad viven diferentes personas, cada una de una edad con unas condiciones y necesidades dispares, que hace que en ocasiones todos tengamos que ceder un poco por el bienestar común. Ahora bien, una solución correcta podría ser que a través de la opinión objetiva de un experto trabajador en la empresa de mantenimiento de la instalación del edificio, les oriente sobre cuando se cubre de manera más eficaz el suministro. Le recomiendo que mediante la Junta que se convoque al efecto este experto pueda dar su opinión y sobre esa base, con una visión más realista, se adopte la decisión más eficaz para todos

Good afternoon. There is an issue in my community causing controversies. For a while, the timming for the heating is scheduled by the president who is an elder man, is who turn on the heating on times that the others don´t need it really. However, when it is cool, as he isnot in the building, the heating is off. We spoke about this with the maintenance man but he does according with the president. What can be done?

It is clear that this is an issue that will never get a solution satisfactory for all the neighbours, as in a community, different people live in the same urbanization, diferent ages with conditions and disparate needs, what means that we all shall be tolerant with each other for the common welfare. Now, a proper solution could be the objective opinion of an expert worker in the maintenance of the system of the building company, who produce recomemndations about when the supply is covered more effectively. I recommend that a meeting is convened for the purpose, where this specialist can give his opinion and on that basis, with a more realistic view, the decision is more effective for all owners
