Buenos días. Actualmente vivo en una segunda planta de una vivienda que no dispone de terraza y la única forma de tender es poner un tendedero en un patio interior. El problema es que puse el tendedero sin consentimiento del vecino de abajo. Posteriormente me llamó la administradora y me dijo que el vecino va a poner tejado y que quite el tendedero porque da mala imagen. En este punto, el estatuto de la finca permite que se puedan poner tendederos, siempre y cuando la ropa no goteé y no tape ventanas. Yo me niego rotundamente a quitar el tendedero, ya que no tengo lavadero ni terraza para tender, ¿puedo tener alguna consecuencia negativa?

Buenos días. El espacio de su vivienda llega hasta la altura en la que se encuentra el suelo de su piso. Si tu tendedero y, por tanto, lo que cuelgues en él no sobrepasa esa línea, no te puede decir que invades su espacio. Por otra parte, habría que ver de quién es realmente la terraza. Lo más normal es que se trate de una terraza comunitaria, de uso privativo y por ende su vecino no va a poder poner un tejado sin el consentimiento del resto de los vecinos.
Mi consejo es que deje usted el tendedero donde está. Si no invade usted zonas ajenas y los estatutos permiten la colocación de los mismos, yo no me preocuparía más de la cuenta.
