Mi Comunidad en anterior Junta, ha decidido colocar un espejo de grandes dimensiones en el portal, sustituyendo el que había hasta ahora el cual se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Yo voté en contra de esto pero, ¿pueden obligarme a pagar por esta adquisición?

Según el artículo 17.4 de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, cuando se trate de instalaciones, servicios o mejoras no requeridas para la conservación, habitabilidad y accesibilidad del inmuebles, la obligatoriedad de contribuir a este gasto dependerá de su cuantía y de los votos obtenidos a favor de su adquisición, pues si se ha obtenido el voto favorable de 3/5 del total de propietarios y de cuotas y la compra excede de tres mensualidades de gastos comunes, usted no estará obligado al pago del mismo al haber votado en contra.
