Buenos días. Tengo intención de colocar en mi terraza del ático un jacuzzi portátil cuyo peso no suponga un riesgo para la estructura del edificio, y me gustaría saber si es necesario tener la autorización de la Comunidad de Propietarios para proceder a su instalación y, de ser así, qué números de votos se requieren para ello. Por otro lado, ¿tengo qué cumplir con algún requisito para insonorizar?

Buenos días. Si realmente no supusiera un riesgo para la estructura del edificio (dudo que sea así puesto que el peso que debería soportar la estructura sería muy elevado), mientras no haga obras para su instalación y, por tanto, se pueda considerar un elemento “divisible”, dejando la terraza inalterada, no necesita de ningún tipo de autorización de la Comunidad. Y mientras el ruido que produzca no supere los límites legales (puede Ud. consultar la normativa municipal para saber niveles y horarios), tampoco se le puede exigir ningún tipo de insonorización.

Good morning. If it actually is not a risk for the structure of the building (I doubt so since the weight that should support the structure would be very high), and if build works for installation are not necessary, and therefore it can be considered an element of “divisibles”, leaving the terrace with no modifications, you do not need any type of authorization from the community. And if the noise does not exceed the legal limits (see the municipal regulations to find out levels and schedules), you do not need any kind of soundproofing.
