El cargo de Presidente debe ser desempeñado por uno de los propietarios de la Comunidad, por lo que si usted deja de ser propietario tras la venta de su vivienda no tiene sentido que continúe en el cargo de Presidente. En este caso, será el Vicepresidente, si lo hubiera, el que ejercerá las funciones del Presidente hasta que se nombre al nuevo Presidente, lo que se llevará a cabo por medio de reunión extraordinaria de la Junta con el orden del día “elección de nuevo Presidente”.
En caso de que en dicha Junta no se lleve a efecto el nuevo nombramiento, le aconsejo que acuda a la vía judicial para solicitar su remoción del cargo por las circunstancias de la venta, acompañando el Acta de la Junta celebrada.
