En mi anterior vivienda, todos los vecinos pagábamos la cuota comunitaria en la misma cuantía. Hace un año que nos hemos cambiado de piso y en la Comunidad actual se exige que paguemos en atención al coeficiente de cada vecino, lo que hace que unos paguen más y otros menos. ¿Podría cambiar este sistema para que todos paguemos lo mismo, lo que viene a ser más ventajoso para todos los vecinos?

Según la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, artículo 9.1. e), cada propietario estará obligado al pago de los gastos comunes con arreglo a la cuota de participación fijada en el título, o a lo especialmente establecido. Por lo que en primer lugar este sería el sistema establecido y fijado por ley, salvo que el resto de vecinos acordara por unanimidad el reparto igualitario, en cuyo caso podría modificarse en el sentido que usted apunta, que si no se dice nada, quedará establecido para el año en que se aprueba dicho acuerdo, o por el contrario, será éste el sistema definitivo a aplicar si queda constancia de ello en los Estatutos.

In my previous House, all residents paid the community fee in the same amount. A year ago that we have moved and the current community requires that we pay in accompliance the coefficient, making some pay more than others. Can we change this system so that all pay the same, what comes to be more advantageous for all residents?

According to the law of Horizontal property, article 9(1). e), each owner shall be liable to the payment of the common expenses in accordance with the quota of participation set in the title, or to particular provisions. It in the first place this would be the system established and fixed by law, unless the rest of the neighbors agreed unanimously the egalitarian distribution, as you point, and will be established for the year in which such agreement is approved, or on the other hand, this will be the definitive system to apply if proof of this in the statutes
