Buenos días. Soy presidente de una Comunidad, recientemente he vendido mi vivienda y aunque aún sigo viviendo en ella, me iré en unas semanas. Pero, ¿qué pasa con mi cargo de Presidente si vendo la vivienda?

Si usted pierde la condición de propietario comunero, automáticamente perderá su cargo de Presidente, siendo en un principio sustituido por el Vicepresidente hasta el momento en que se nombre al nuevo presidente, para lo que acordarse una Junta de manera urgente y decidir la suplencia.[:en] [idz_note color=”blue” class=””]
