Necesitarán el voto favorable de las 3/5 partes del total de propietarios que a su vez representen las 3/5 partes de las cuotas de participación. They will need to vote in favour of the 3/5 parts of the total number of owners who, in turn, represent the 3/5 parts of participation fees. But, you should know that once that the agreement has been notified the owner who did not take part have 30 calendar days to manifest , otherwise, it means that they vote in favour of the agreement.[:]
