Buenos días. Le escribo porque tengo una duda después de la última reunión de comunidad a la que asistí. Dicha Junta que fue muy tensa y violenta para los que allí acudimos, tuvo como escena que uno de los vecinos no respetaba los turnos de palabras y empleaba muy malas formas a la hora de exponer sus argumentos por lo que otro vecino se encaró con él y mantuvieron una discusión muy elevada de tono, llegando incluso a proferirse insultos el uno al otro. Dado que ostento el cargo de Presidente, me gustaría saber si hay alguna medida que se pueda tomar para expulsarlos de la reunión y continuar la misma en términos racionales.

Buenos días. Actualmente, el Presidente no puede obligar a nadie a abandonar la reunión, pero sí puede suspender la Junta e intentarlo otro día con los ánimos más calmados. Lo ideal sería que hubiera un texto legal que permitiera al Presidente adoptar medidas disciplinarias en situaciones como las que describe, pero hoy por hoy esa situación no se contempla.
Por tanto, como le digo, mi consejo es que, si usted ve que la tensión no se va a rebajar, explique que si no se puede desarrollar con normalidad, suspenderá la Junta y quedaría convocada otro día para evitar males mayores.[:en][idz_note color=”blue” class=””]

Good morning. Currently, the President cannot force anyone to abandon the meeting, but yes can suspend the Board and try it another day with more calm tempers.
