I bought my apartment for nearly two years ago and decided to move to Spain shortly after and this is something I still is very happy about. Many individuals in our community have benefitted from their assistance and this has been cheerfully undertaken by them despite a variety of languages being spoken by our members. Operating in another country, where laws and practises can be very different, can be a minefield for persons such as myself and my committee but I can only be grateful that we found such a knowledgeable and professional company, staffed by people such as Barbara and her employees, who are always on hand to guide us.
This is the first property we buy in Spain and we never thought things would be so different here. For instance, properties are not handed over with electricity and water contracts! Mileniun clearly explained to us all the details of our Owners Community and helped us with all the paperwork, which avoided our arrival becoming a nightmare.
