In my capacity as President of Zeniamar 8, I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent service given to me and my committee by Milenium Levante administrators. I have found them to be extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable in their role as administrators.

I bought my apartment for nearly two years ago and decided to move to Spain shortly after and this is something I still is very happy about. Of course I had a worry regarding problems & maintenance that can occur in my apartment. Who should I turn to? I did not know any other owner and absolutely no idea about how a community is run. Very quick I was elected to join the community committee as vice president and since then I got to know Mileniun Levante. (…). who and how is order service/maintenance to the community done, how is the follow ups, updates and informations to owners, etc. I have great confidence in them and my worries about issues occurring in my own apartment are gone.

Since becoming President of Regia Bahia three years ago I have been most fortunate for the friendly and efficient close working relationship with Mileniun Levante and Barbara in particular. At the start, with several prior issues to deal with, Barbara provided appropriate support and advice which definitely made my life and role much easier. Always available to provide professional commentary and translations to smooth the running of our community.

Our community, Vistamar I-II, consisting of 101 properties, has used the services of Milennium Levante for a considerable number of years, and as President, I would like to reiterate all that has been said in praise of the company.

Many individuals in our community have benefitted from their assistance and this has been cheerfully undertaken by them despite a variety of languages being spoken by our members. Operating in another country, where laws and practises can be very different, can be a minefield for persons such as myself and my committee but I can only be grateful that we found such a knowledgeable and professional company, staffed by people such as Barbara and her employees, who are always on hand to guide us.

This is the first property we buy in Spain and we never thought things would be so different here. For instance, properties are not handed over with electricity and water contracts! Mileniun clearly explained to us all the details of our Owners Community and helped us with all the paperwork, which avoided our arrival becoming a nightmare. I am happy to receive the newsletters and communications they send and overall they have made our purchase in Spain a simple and beneficial investment.
