La regla general es que todo lo que se encuentre instalado en zonas comunes tiene la consideración de comunitario y por tanto, de todos los vecinos. Por ello, al encontrarse los buzones a la entrada del edificio en el portal, que es elemento común del edificio, por ende, se considerarán elementos comunitarios y su reparación deberá hacerla la comunidad.
Además, tal como ha dicho el Tribunal Supremo, en una Comunidad de Propietarios todo se considera comunitario salvo que en el título constitutivo se establezca el carácter privativo

Who is responsible for the mailboxes?
