En mi Comunidad hace un año que el portero se jubiló, y en la actualidad no hay nadie que cubra este puesto que considero de necesidad. El caso es que este servicio de portería viene contemplado en los Estatutos pero sin embrago, el Presidente no quiere contratar a nadie porque dice que así se reducen gastos, ¿es esto correcto?

No, esta actuación por parte de su Presidente no es correcta, pues si dicho servicio está garantizado y establecido por sus Estatutos habrá que respetarse, y en todo caso, este servicio quedaría suprimido si así se hubiera acordado en Junta por los 3/5 de votos y de coeficientes, lo que entiendo que en ningún momento se ha hecho. Por lo que deberá comunicarle a su Presidente la necesidad de que se convoque una Junta extraordinaria incluyendo este punto en el orden del día, para decidir la contratación del nuevo portero, o en su caso, aprobar con las mayorías indicadas la supresión de este servicio.

No, this action by the President is not correct, because if such a service is guaranteed and established by its by-laws must be complied with, and in any case, this service would be abolished if so it been agreed on board by 3/5 of votes and coefficients, I understand that at any time has been done. What shall communicate to its President the need to convene an extraordinary Board including this point in the agenda, to decide on the recruitment of the new goalkeeper, or where appropriate, approve with majorities indicated the Suppression of this service.
