Buenas tardes. Mi comunidad de vecinos quiere cambiar de administrador debido a que no están contentos con el trabajo que realiza el actual, pero surge la duda de saber si hay que hacer algún tipo de modificación en la Agencia Española de Protección de datos, en el cual se recoja el cambio de administrador?.

Buenas tardes. Cuando se constituyó su Comunidad se debió inscribir un fichero de datos personales en la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Se supone que eso ya está hecho. Por tanto, el propietario del fichero es la Comunidad por lo que el hecho de que cambien de Administrador no debería implicar nada para Uds. en cuanto al fichero ya inscrito en la Agencia.

Good afternoon. When your community is constituted should register a file of personal data in the Spanish Agency of data protection. Assumes that that is done. Therefore, the owner of the file is the community for what the fact that change administrator should not imply anything for you in terms of the file already registered with the Agency.
